Important Information

  • You can register in VIVAONLINE only if you have an active VIVACOM service.

1. select your customer type

Note: Please select your customer type. If you do not select the correct type, the registration cannot be completed.

E-mail field is invalid

Note: Please enter a valid e-mail address to which you have regular access. If you do not provide a valid and accessible e-mail address, the registration cannot be completed.

Confirm E-mail Address does not match your E-mail Address

Note: Please enter again your e-mail address. If you do not enter it again the registration cannot be completed.


idNumber field is invalid
Note: If you are Bulgarian citizen please enter your EGN.
If you are foreigner please enter your Passport number.
If you own a Bulgarian ID card for permanent or temporary residence please enter your Personal Number of a Foreigner.

Password field is invalid

Note: Please, enter at least 8 symbols , combination between letters from A to Z and digits from 0 to 9. The password should contain at least one capital letter and at least one digit. The letters should be in Latin.

Confirm Password field is invalid Note: Please enter again your password. If you do not enter it again the registration cannot be completed.

3. Please enter valid Vivacom MSISDN owned by you

MSISDN field is invalid

Note: The entered MSISDN should belong to the same Customer that you entered an EGN above. Your MSISDN should be 9 digits. Example: If your mobile number is +359878100208 - you should enter only 878100208)

Important: If you don't have vivacom mobile number, please do not fill field. If You do not have VIVACOM mobile number, we will call you on your contact phones registered under your customer account in our system and provide you with validation code within next 24 hours. In order for this to happen, please proceed filing registration form.

4. Secret question

Secret Answer field is invalid

Note: Please select security question and enter security answer which is hard to guess from other people. If you do not enter it the registration cannot be completed.

5. REQUEST E-BILL

Note: Please select the confirmation mark if you want to receive all your monthly bills in electronic format.

Important:

If now you request e-Bill for first time you will receive 2% discount from your monthly charges of your mobile, fixed, internet, TV and bundle service. The discount is valid for the first 6 months after you request the service. You will be able to configure additional settings in your profile, in menu Invoices.

If you use e-Bill in the old application for electronic monthly bills and you select the confirmation mark the discounts will not be applayed. If you use e-Bill in the old application and you don't select the mark you will continue to receive your e-Bill in VIVAONLINE.
